對使用環境的要求：
在灰塵多、有水滴、油滴的場所，桿側應帶伸縮
防護套。不能使用伸縮防護套的場合，應選用帶
要采取防凍或耐熱措施。在強磁場環境中，應選
用帶耐強磁場的自動開關的氣缸。標準氣缸不得
強力防塵圈的氣缸或防水氣缸。氣缸的環境溫度
和介質溫度，在帶磁性開關時若出-10~60℃，
用于有腐蝕性的霧氣中或使用密封圈發生泡的霧
氣中。
產品介紹：
汽缸在機械加工的過程中或經過補焊后產生了應
力，但沒有對汽缸進行回火處理加以消除，致使
術的原因，使內缸、汽缸隔板、隔板套及汽封套
的膨脹間隙不合適，或是掛耳壓板的膨脹間隙不
汽缸存在較大的殘余應力，在運行中產生變形。
在安裝或檢修的過程中，由于檢修工藝和檢修技
合適，運行后產生巨大的膨脹力使汽缸變形。
